event will have booths available in the foyers of the
Convention Center for exhibition of vendors of
analytical instruments, laboratory supplies and
materials. Food industry and other private companies,
scientific and regulatory institutions are also invited
as exhibitors. |
VENDOR SEMINARS will be
part of the workshop as well. |

Exhibitor
registration:
Each exhibitor is entitled to one free
registration. Exhibitors of stands 1, 2 and
3 are entitled to two free registrations (conference
dinner is not included). |
Assignment
of space:
Exhibition space is limited and it is
anticipated that it will sell out quickly.
Booths will be assigned on a first-come,
first-assigned basis upon receipt of a
completed application and 50% payment for
the booth space. Every effort will be made
to assign booth location in accordance with
exhibitor's preference, but no guarantee can
be given. In that case, affected exhibitors
will be notified. |
Cancellation
policy :
Cancellation requests must be written,
addressed to LAPRW. Written cancellation
request received before 14th march 50% of
the payment will be refunded. Written
cancellation request received after 14th
march No refund. |
Confirmed
Exhibitors will receive guidelines for
shipping and material handling, ordering
services such as utilities and other
services exhibitors may require, will be
mailed once your contract is received and
processed by the exhibitor management staff. |
